A Public Hearing under the RM of Cornwallis Zoning By-law No.1558/09/99 as amended, was held for the following application:

Variation Order Application No. V-1-08-C being an application to reduce the minimum required site area from 80 acres to 72 acres in the AG80 Agricultural General Zone to satisfy a condition of subdivision approval.

There was no representation at the hearing.
