RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CORNWALLIS PUBLIC HEARING Minutes of Public Hearing held in the Council Chambers of the Municipality on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. VACANCY: Reeve PRESENT: Deputy Reeve, Bob Brown, Ward Two Councillor Emil Egert, Ward One Councillor Sam Hofer, Ward Three Councillor Heather Dalgleish, Ward Four Councillor Mike Cranford, Ward Five Councillor Valerie Thoman, Ward Six ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: Bob Wallis, CAO Susan Moore, Financial Assistant A Public Hearing under the RM of Cornwallis Zoning By-law No.1558/09/99 as amended, was held for the following applications: Conditional Use Application No C-10-08-C being an application to permit a non-farm dwelling in the "AG80" Agricultural General Zone at Pt. SW ¼ 25-9-19 WPM. Variation Application V-2-08-C being an application to vary the application of the Municipality's Zoning By-law, as amended, with respect to Pt. SW ¼ 4-10-19 WPM. Variation Application V-3-08-C being an application to vary the application of the Municipality's Zoning By-law, as amended with respect to Pt. NW ¼ 13-10-17 WPM. IN THE MATTER OF CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION NO. C-10-08-C Richard McCurry spoke in support of the application. There was no representation in opposition to the application. Variation Order Application No. C-10-08-C was approved by Resolution No. 330/2008. IN THE MATTER OF VARIATION ORDER APPLICATION NO. V-2-08-C Ron Dutchak spoke in support of the application. Linda Newhouse spoke in support of the application. There was no representation in opposition of the application. Variation Order Application No. V-2-08-C was approved by Resolution No. 333/2008 IN THE MATTER OF VARIATION ORDER APPLICATION NO. V-3-08-C Murray Turner spoke in support of the application.
