RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CORNWALLIS PUBLIC HEARING Minutes of Public Hearings held in the Council Chambers of the Municipality on Tuesday, February 17, 2009. PRESENT: Reeve Reg Atkinson Councillor Emil Egert, Ward One Councillor Bob Brown, Ward Two Councillor Sam Hofer, Ward Three Councillor Heather Dalgleish, Ward Four Councillor Mike Cranford, Ward Five ABSENT: Councillor Valerie Thoman, Ward Six ADMINISTRATION PRESENT: Bob Wallis, CAO Public Hearing under the RM of Cornwallis Zoning By-law No.1558/09/99 as amended, was held for the following application: 7:05 P.M. - Application to Subdivide No. 4116-08-390, Pt. NE ¼ 21-10-17 W and Lots 1/2 Plan 32881 BLTO, Townley, being an application that will result in the creation of a new public road. IN THE MATTER OF THE SUBDIVISION APPLICATION NO. 4116-08-390 Ms. Bev Townley spoke in support of the application Mr. Dan McPherson, BAPD, was present to respond to inquiries. Subdivision Application No. 4116-08-390 was approved by Resolution No. 24/2009.
